This time we had rain and snow on the trail. Going at the start of fall can have some unpredictable weather. What was predictable was the food. On the first day, Jasper carried a full rack of ribs under his hood. When we got to camp it was a matter of putting BBQ sauce on them and grill them for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce. Enjoy
